Staff were friendly and helpful. We've stayed at several Hampton Inns and this one lacked a few items, such as a fridge and microwave, that we have had available at other locations. The comfortable beds, quiet rooms and breakfast are 3 of the reasons we book at Hampton, and that didn't disappoint here.

This brand-new hotel is in a great area, right next to the cruise ship and Hobby Airport. The staff is courteous, polite, and always greets you with a smile. The continental breakfast offers a variety of food options.

The staff at Hampton Inn Houston Hobby Airport was very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. When I arrived, there was a small delay in getting my room key, but once I got to my room, it was clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the bathroom was great, and the location of the hotel was convenient. Additionally, the breakfast had a nice variety of choices to choose from. I had a positive experience at this hotel and would recommend it.
